Training


For my half marthon I'm using the Hal Higdon Novice 2 program. I have added workouts from his intermediate plan here and there, but this is basically what I'm sticking to:



Sometimes a training plan can seem daunting. Especially when it's going to take months and for some people it takes years. You have to go at your own pace and find a plan that is right for you. I love this quote. It always reminds me that if I'm not working towards something, time is still going to go on without me.
